Dr. Sukalyan Dey is the one and the only exclusive Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon in the entire North-East Region. After completing his Master Degree in Orthopaedics, he pursued his interest in Pediatric Orthopaedics. He completed his Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics in Mumbai in 2015-2016. Subsequently he went for further training in the United States of America in the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Ohio in 2018. In the year 2019, he was at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital, United Kingdom. He has been active member in the prominent organizations concerned with childhood diseases and disabilities such as Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of India, Indian Academy of Cerebral Palsy, Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Indian Medical Association and Indian Orthopaedic Association and he continues to contribute with his knowledge sharing activities pertaining to childhood musculoskeletal disorders and neuromuscular diseases. He is a national trainer of Ponseti Technique in under the Cure International India Trust.  Driven by his enthusiasm, he attends to the need of the a large number of children from whole of the Northeastern region, Eastern India and neighboring countries such as Myanmar, Thailand, Bangladesh , Bhutan and Nepal. His mission is to provide world-class comprehensive care to every child in the region which has so long been devoid of specialty care.
